Googled how to treat sore ankles. Everything listed is what I've been doing with the exception of staying off of it at work. Guess it was common sense. ( I know the pain is from staying on my feet at a "9 to 5 hour" kind of thing, continuously walking around to check up on many things.) Any more ideas from people, I would be grateful for though.

Something ALL the sk8ters around here and anywhere we have lived come to me when it comes to their ankles and sore feet..

My secret ingredient? Poultice.Yep,the same thing I use on horses for lameness of that nature,or even injury.

It isnt expensive and if you want to do one,let me know and I will walk you right through it.

You will need..poultice,brown paper bag cut into 3 or 4 inch wide strips,saran wrap,one cotton leg wrap for horses and a standing bandage.If you have a tractor supply near you,you will find all you need there ex ept the brown paper bags and saran wrap.

Oh..I wanted to tell you.I spend virtually hourse on my feet covering one end of this rance to another.One thing that helps me is warm Epsome salt soaks afterwards.

Are your feet and ankles swelling at all?

Plus check your shoes!!!! If you dont have enough support and such,you can get terrible sore feet.lol oh,yeah,make sure that when you sit down,you dont cross your legs and leave both feet on the ground..

I was on yahooanswers and someone had a question about a fast food chain. Asking if their chickens were treated badly before being killed. How retarded is that? If they're just going to die anyway, why do you care? You're eating it, dumbass.

Sometimes I do care about animals, but I don't. I like my meat and leather.

It's bad enough that that they're being killed, the least people can do is not abuse them.

Australia stopped all live stock imports to Asia recently because they were being cruel (and in some cases, down right torturous) towards the animals that we were selling them, and filming it, and ENJOYING torturing the animals.

It doesn't cost anything to be kind to an animal, and it doesn't change the flavour if you're gonna eat it. :/
